  I have known and worked with Steve and Kristian for years!! In the past couple of years, I've had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth! They have not only taken care of transactions for many of my beloved clients and friends, they've also taken care of me in several home purchases, sales, and refi's on my personal homes. They even stepped up to help me when I had to take care of my mother's affairs and really went the extra mile to get us both through that closing. They deliver excellence at every turn and work hard to make sure their team gets you across the finish line! PS: They have coffee available at all hours of the day and will send you home with either a new set of keys or a nice check, but no matter what, you'll always have a bottle of wine to celebrate with!

  I've known the principals at Wagon Wheel for many years when they were all working as associates for one of the top law firms in downtown Nashville. When they broke out on their own and started Wagon Wheel Title, I knew they would be very successful. First, they are all very well educated and extremely well trained. They know their stuff. Second, they've assembled a great team of professionals around them who keep the train moving smoothly. Lastly, and most importantly to me, they are just really great people. This makes all the difference. As a custom builder, I typically do a dozen or more closings each year with Wagon Wheel. This can be a stressful time as our clients have SO MUCH going on during the time frame of a closing. Punch lists, moving logistics, furniture deliveries, getting settled, etc. As a company, we are very intentional about making sure we have all of our boxes checked so we don't add to the stress of the moment. Wagon Wheel does the same. They consistently deliver a smooth and pleasant closing experience so that our clients can get back to the important things they need to take care of as they move into their home. I routinely recommend them to colleagues, friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. These are people you can trust!

  I work with Wagon Wheel on a weekly basis, and they are the best around! Not only are they my very favorite provider to deal with, but they are an honest and intelligent crew (which is not my normal comment on title companies or attorneys)! I couldn’t speak higher of the team, 5 stars does not do Wagon Wheel Title justice.
