  I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card from this company for $29.95. I don't live in Nashville and have never heard of them. I called their receptionist who was extremely rude over the phone and then transferred me to another department. The person in the other department acted like this wasn't the first time this has happened, couldn't tell me what the charge was for, and wouldn't give me additional information unless I gave them my full social security number. Super sketchy overall...definitely reporting them. I have disputed the charge on my card.

  this service is awful, my wife and i have been trying to get a employment verification form filled out by this service that you have to pay 27 dollars to do so, which was a surprise since most companies don't charge for something like this, however, if this portion has been outsourced to a third party and your company thinks so little of you to where you have to pay for it so be it. yet when calling in and requesting an update every time the people on the phone are rude, inept and state that the fax has been sent to verify employment and if you need it to be retransmitted you'll have to pay again and wait another 24-48 hours
