  After months of upgrading the interior at the 4310 Nolensville Branch*, I THOUGHT we would see the END of the 1-inch thick glass barriers which are not present at other local bank branches in the same area. They inevitably cause misunderstandings between patrons and tellers. As an example, it took four IDENTICAL verbal requests of an agent to get a withdrawal in cash, the way I had asked, from one of the tellers last week. *The upgrades, with the exception of keeping the glass barriers, was very welcome and done well.
