  I've been a customer of Jordan since I moved to the Nashville area in 2014. You can tell he is very knowledgeable in his field. He takes the time to get to know you personally, and explain your various options based on your personal situation. He actually told me that I was overly covered with my auto policy, and I could save a few hundred by changing x, y, z, etc. When I was rear-ended by someone with an unresponsive insurance company, Jordan was extremely helpful in ensuring the situation was taken care of. Would recommend 10/10.

  Hello! I normally dont write reviews but for this guy, i dont mind at all.. I prefer to talk to jordan, rather then the staff members.He is friendly and goes out of the way to actually help people. I have been his client since i came to nashville for work. My car was stolen and he not only guided me through whole claiming process but also made sure things are going smooth. The reason why i prefer to talk with jordan and not his staff members because while claming for auto-theft.. staff gave me just claim numbers and told me on my face they cannot help as they dont do claims., but jordan sat with me.. he called up claims office and he even he explained to claim agents how did car got stolen. Thank you! Jordan :) Appreciate your help.
