  My husband, son and I have called The Hamptons at Woodland Pointe home for over the past two and a half years now and so far it has been great! The neighborhood is super quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Our two bedroom apartment is very spacious, efficient and comfortable. The closets are nice and roomy. The office staffs, especially Angela and Kristen, are super friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff members are professional, fast responding, and awesome. The location is very convenient to anywhere in Nashville. On average, it is about a 15 minute commute to downtown Nashville. We love calling The Hamptons at Woodland Pointe our home, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment home.

  This was the worst experience for me. The staff in the office are so rude, they seemed so friendly until you sign your lease and are stuck at this place for a year. The apartment complex is nice until you step on dog poop on the sidewalk because nobody cleans it up. You pay every month for pest control but apparently they are just keeping that money for themselves because our bugs were ridiculous. Our apartment was always clean but for some reason we always had ants around the door (there was a hole for them to come in).. I've also never seen so many spiders in my life. I would wake up with bites. The parking is ridiculous, expect to park on a curb or in the grass if you get home after 8pm because all the spots are taken. I could keep going on about this place.. especially having a dog live above us and being woken up every three hours because the big dog above us was running around. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
