  If you're looking for customer service this is not your bank! After being a customer for over 10 years I had to stop a check for unauthorized activity. I was charged $35 and the bank refused to issue a one time courtesy credit for this amount. Furthermore, if you have unauthorized activity on your credit card, you are responsible for the first $50 dollars (where else in today's day is this heard of). There have been times where my interest rate was not calculated correctly on my checking account. Online and mobile banking is not user friendly, and there are limits to how much can be deposited. This is just to name a few things that this bank can improve on.
