  When we were showed for the first time our apartment it was dirty. They didn't get it cleaned until the day after move in date. Since then we have seen they left huge holes under the sinks in bathroom and kitchen areas. When we called an exterminator, he was very rude and just walked into my home without even knocking. If you pay more than your rent by accident they can't refund you and suggest it goes onto next months rent bill. They are very unprofessional and they offer two pools. Only one is currently available for residents. It was supposed to open beginning of June or July but it still is under going construction. The apartment is smaller than suggested but it can do for now. i would not recommend others to live in these buildings. They have roaches bigger than normal that run around all property areas. Given the fact they are outside i can't even leave my screen door open without them trying to come inside my home!!
