- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I used to live in a house by him for many years. Well, in May of 2010 the flood came, and destroyed the house. Everything was ruined. The water was about 8 feet into the house. The city of Nashville wanted it to be destroyed, but apparently Barrett bought it back from them before they could. This man literally REPAINTED the house and then rented it to someone, when it's full of mold!!! It was moldy before, but I'm sure it's worse now. DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE THIS COMPANY RENTS OUT!!!!!!By Bev Criswell, March 17, 2018
