  I've been living here for a little over 6 months, and I'm very happy with it. The fitness center and pool are great, and the staff is quick to handle any maintenance problems. The location doesn't hurt, either!

  Guest parking is absolutely horrible!! There are about 15 guest parking spots for approx. 190 units. Guest parking fills up around 3pm during the weekday. Weekends are worse! During the weekend people end up parking on the side of the road. If you do park in a non guest area you will get booted. The cars that do park on the side of the road make it dangerous for vehicles to pass through. It is ridiculous. If you have family and friends visiting, the likelihood of finding a spot is slim! They need to fix this and make it a high priority. Instead of fixing the issue they put in a dog park instead of addressing the limited parking issue! There are 40-50 open spots every night inside the complex. Not sure why they don't open some up just inside the gate for guests!
