  We could not be MORE excited and pleased with our experience with Scout Properties! Thomas made buying a house FUN! People always told us "this will be the most stressful time ever" and we had The complete opposite experience with Thomas!!! He was SO honest with everything and it felt great to know we were in such good hands which was very important to us. He is not only our realtor but now a great friend! Do yourself a favor and call Scout! We will never have to work with anyone else!

  Our experience with Scout Properties was truly unbelievable. From beginning to end, Scout Properties (and especially our realtor Corey Blaske) provided us a seamless, stress free experience in purchasing our first home. Scout Properties not only showed us potential homes and the city of Nashville, but guided us in choosing a bank for the best possible loan, handled all communication/negotiations, and organized the signing flawlessly. Corey was available by phone/text whenever we needed him, and couldn't have made this process any easier. Most of all, Scout Properties welcomed us into our new city of Nashville with open arms, making us feel like we are now part of a bigger family!
